I have a passageway door handle on an interior door.
When opening the door on one side pulling the handle upwards or downwards opens the door fine.
When opening the door from the other side, the door only opens if the handle is pulled upwards - pulling it downwards as normal does not open the door.
I want to have this rectified.
Will pay cash but require a tax invoice upon payment.
