CONIA AIRCONDITIONER SPLIT SYSTEM STOPPED WORKING

I have a split system CONIA airconditioner. The main motor outside is still working but the head unit inside has stopped blowing air but still turns on etc. i have tried changing the fuse but that is it. if you leave in the aircon on for a while the copper pipes outside go all frosty so i am assuming it is blocked somwhere. i am not an expert so can only describe it from what i am seeing. i have a 2nd aircon in the other room which is exactly the same brand and model in perfect working order to compare against.
