Fix locks on my car

My car (a Ford Laser 98) was broken into and the locks damaged on the two front doors. The central locking still works, but the lock on the right hand side has been badly damaged, and the left hand side will not open with the key (must go to driver's side to open). I also need the remote for the central locking system fixed.
