Looking to get a price for an underground carpark for a new build after knock down. Just looking for estimates at this stage, as we're starting to enter design phase. Neighbour is on the edge of the block and other neighbour is about 1m off the border. Block is flat, and soil is soft (haven't come across any rocks larger than a tennis ball). We'd be looking at an excavation the width of the block and looking to go back maybe 10-15m.
Looking for pricing for the job to get an idea of how it would impact our new build cost if we go down this line.
