2 standard sized bedroom (previously painted so only requires some putty for any screw holes, a light sand and wash for prep), two bathrooms and one toilet (bathrooms are half tiled so only top of wall and ceiling require painting. bathrooms and toilet require wall paper to be removed from top segment of walls) one study nook (small open bedroom). doors to all painted rooms. i have already bought all of the paint (dulux wash and wear 101/ dulux aquaenamel/ dulux mould shield)/materials. so only labour is required.
