Prep & Paint renovated villa unit. Booked a Saturday time to meet on-site to assess job and quote. We travelled over an hour to meet. Contractor never arrived or called. We called him after a few hrs and he blamed phone probs and wanted to reschedule. Met on site 2 days later. Contractor only provided verbal quote, refused to provide written one unless he got the job saying it was an unfair waste of his time writing it out. Verbal quote was well above the other 3 quotes received, and 2.5 times the best quotes. Very disappointing service. No stars.
