The house is 2 storey and inset on a hill. I was able to paint the front and rear of the house, but I am unable to reach the two long sides of the house which will require scaffolding.
The job does not need to be completed urgently and I am flexible on the dates. It could be a good fill in job whilst someone is waiting for that high dollar contract to roll in!

Mike called me back ontime and was very pleasant....now just waiting for his quote. Unfortuately, Mike ran into a rather nasty tenant when attempting to quote. Mike has chosen not to continue the process due to the confrantation. I must say, he was ontime and kept me informed of the events. I would be happy Mike to come out and quote again...once there is a change of tenantcy.
