We need our 3 bedroom townhouse to be painted inside. Two rooms have already been completed, so the job includes 1 bedroom, a play area, 2 bathrooms, a toilet, living area, kitchen, entry and laundry. Preferred paint brand is Dulux and we are in the process of finalising colours.
There will also be a wallpaper feature wall for the stairwell (approx. 6-8m high) as part of the job.
We are having our lighting redone, so there may be some minor plastering required as part of the job.

Trevor was about 10-15 mins late when he came to provide the quote. I ended up having to call him when he hadn\'t arrived, rather than the other way around. Nonetheless, he had a positive demeanour and seemed to know what he was talking about. His pricing, however, was almost double that of the other two providers.
