Paint range - Dulux Professional “ Envir02” and Dulux “Aquanamel” range including primers, sealers, undercoats and finishing coats throughout internally. Allow to properly prepare all surface for painting and provide a minimum of three coats of paint to all surfaces excluding primers but including undercoats.
- • Interior: Generally, a single colour will be selected for use internally for walls, skirtings, architraves and timber reveals to Aluminium windows. Use Dulux “Envir02” on walls (low sheen) and ceilings (flat). Use “Aquanamel” on mdf and timberwork (semi gloss).

- Area: walls 670 sqm, ceilings 300sqm, 100mm high mdf skirting - 190m plus architraves and window reveals to 24 windows - 175m plus architrave and paint to 15 flush panel doors

- Most ceiling are less than 3m high with the exception of the Living Area where the height goes up to 3.75m. There is also a stairwell connecting the basement garage to the living area, the max ceiling height here is 5.2m, the stairwell is 1m wide.
