Clean and recoat front and back timber decks and stairs with Spa N Deck (Jarrah colour). Preparations and cleaning as per Spa N Deck requirements. It was built and first done less than 18 months ago and is currently in a good state but is time to be redone before it starts to fade. Around 40sqm of flat area plus seat backing plus stairs, probably 50-60sqm all up but that is a rough calculation. All labor, products and equipment costs to be included in quote as per on site discussions. 24 month guarantee required on all paint coated work against cracking, peeling and blistering.
