Cleaning & Sealing Sandstone tiles

We have a new house which has a small number of sandstone pavers/tiles at the entrance as well as a paved area at the rear. Both areas need to be cleaned and sealed, and I'd like to get a quote to do this. The pavers/tiles are generally pretty clean and in near-new condition, so this is meant to be preventative maintenance.
We would also like to get some sandstone pavers/tiles to dress the side of the rear area (it is a concrete slab which has only been paved/tiled on the top, and on one side the concrete is exposed and looks unattractive). In total, it would be less that 2m long and perhaps 15 cm high.
