The Owners Corporation would like to obtain the following quotations for the property:
1. Removal of polystyrene from the facade of the building and repainting over this areas as a part of the below item.
2. Repainting of all previously painted surfaces on the internal and external surfaces of the common areas using the same colours. The stairways may not necessarily be needed; however, the doors to these areas would be required to be repainted.
Please ensure that your quotes outlines the warranty that you offer; the type of paint that is used (for examplw Dulux), how many quotes (for example 2), what preparation works are included in your quote; the number of days that it will take to complete this job (if longer that one day - please refer below for more information about this)
Please note that if you are unable to quote for the removal of the polystyrene from the building, then please note that the area underneath it will need to be painted over. This job will be attended to prior to the painting, if the painter selected by the Owners Corporation is not able to remove this as a part of these works.
Please ensure that if your quote you include the hire of all high access equipment, the requirement by the Council for this work to be completed on a Sunday, obtaining a permit from the Council and traffic management where required.
