I have a townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge down stairs and three bedrooms upstaires. 129 m2 living area in total. I need to do a cosmetic renovation before selling. I want the carpet changed, walls painted into greyish white, cupboard in kitchen, window frames all painted. Blinds on windows changed. All handles on cupboards changed. Bench top in kitchen painted too. I want the reno to create a "Wow" effect. It should look modern and stylish after it finishes. Please provide me a quote with the material and without as well.
