I have a two bedroom unit which needs the eves, gutters etc painted in White paint on the exterior. The internal painting of all walls, ceilings and doors. The unit currently has stained architraves and skirting boards (from the 1970's) ideally I would like these painted out, however given the budget I am working with I don't think this will be possible, however given that some need will need a freshen up instead.
