The exterior of 4 brick home units require painting (woodwork, spouting, downpipes, garage doors). prepratory to this, facia ends and other woodwork requires repair, and some spouting/downpipe requires repair. similarly, roof tile cleaning and tile pointing repairs need to be completed and co-ordinated with these other repairs and painting.
- separate itemised quotations are required for each of the 4 units.
- appointments will need to be made for preliminary inspection and access.
