Painting of new "lap and cap" fence with best quality paint, base colour with white highlights, both inside and out. Painting new pergola with base colour and refreshen previous section to match. Paint small side fence and gates to match. All work to be thoroughly prepared, mildew treated, appropriately primed,sanded and smoothed to give best results. Left over paint to be labelled for touch ups. All precautions taken to protect surrounding areas, including paving.
