External Painting of Beach House

We require complete external painting of beach house approx. 13 x 6.5 m on steel columns, including external walls, gutter, railing, stairs, steel columns, beams and downpipes.
Last painted 11 years ago. External walls are treated pine, currently light blue. Railings to decking have recently been repaired. Railings and gutter are currently dark blue.
The timber steps are currently light beige.
The steel frame needs wire-brushing to remove some rust prior to re-painting.
