We live in a set of 3 double storey townhouses that are approximately 10 years old and require repainting of external areas of the townhouses as outlined below. Prefer if quotation can be provided on weekends when the owners can meet with you to confirm the details of the job required.
UNIT 1
Ground Level:
Prepare and repaint all west and south facing gutter facia.
Upper Level:
Prepare and repaint all west and south facing gutter facia.
Prepare and repaint all south facing windows - 4 windows
UNIT 2
Ground Floor:
Prepare and repaint 3 west facing large window frames
Repaint garage door
Upper Level:
Prepare and repaint all west facing gutter facia on second storey only.
Prepare and repaint all west facing windows - 5 windows
UNIT 3
Ground Level:
Prepare and repaint all west and south facing gutter facia (ie. garage south facing and property entry facia).
Note - entry and kitchen windows not required to be painted
Upper Level:
Prepare and repaint all west and south facing gutter facia.
Prepare and repaint all west facing windows (4No.) and south facing window to stairwell only (1No.) - external surfaces only.
OTHER
a. Prior to painting, all timber surfaces are to be sanded prior to the application of primer and undercoat.
Where paint is peeling off, strip back to timber surface.
All timber surfaces are required to be repainted with 2 coats of paint to match existing colour.
