I need a Painter who specialises in House Painting

We have 9 windows and one sliding door that need sanding, filling etc and painting inside and out. Access to them is fairly good, a small ladder will be needed to reach some parts. 7 windows have shutters on the inside making them a little more tricky. No urgency however January would be ideal as we are on holidays. Have nominated a price range however this is just a guide it is important we get a high quality finish.
