Painting of all rooms excluding Bath, WC and Laundry. We will be renovating the kitchen and installing new flooring throughout the house. Bathroom, WC and Laundry will be renovated at a later date so no need to paint these rooms. The skirting needs to come off for the flooring and the cornices have some detailing.
