Extremely small house (2 bedrooms, lounge/dining, kitchen, 1 (nearly all tiled - recently renovated) bathroom, hallway, 2 wardrobe interiors, two cupboards) ceilings on all rooms. Would be good if raked ceiling in the lounge could be fitted in - frankly not necessary (not bad condition now)
Would like general sanding and 'ding' repair. A number of larger holes where light fittings have been recently changed.
Early start essential - (previously commissioned painter injured - painting required to be finished before new carpet laid)
Previously painted in late 1999.
