Rental Semi-Detached RentaL, 1 bedroom, 1 Living, 1 Lounge, very small bathroom, small kitchen, 1 small study 1 corridor, 1 laundry. needs to be washed prior to paint with sugar soap or equivalent due to fire place smoke. Ceilings, walls and wood architraves need to be painted 2 coats. Immediate start ie Monday unfurnished so you can work as long and late as you like.

fill all gaps with no more gaps ie around the cornices etc
