There are 4 bedrooms that require painting and a hallway. all bedrooms vary in size. each bedroom will require a different colour paint. one room which is the smallest one has many stickers on the wall which will require removal.
please note that this house owned by the department of human services and they are responsible for the cost. they make payment by invoice once job is completed and will not give deposits. however i am the contact person and i am responsible for the house. i don't want to waste anyones time. i am anxious to have this job completed but i am required to seek approval in advance.
