I need the following internal painting and preparation done for a 4 bedroom house:-
* all internal woodwork, including windows and doors, skirtings, architraves, bannisters, stairs and mouldings sanded and filled where required, undercoated (oil) and painted in high gloss oil enamel.
* 5-6 ceilings painted - single coat
* 1 ceiling filled, sanded and undercoated and painted.
* 6 Rooms prepared and painted, 2 coats of acrylic. (Including brick wall to seal and paint)
* 1 hallway and stairwell sealed (oil) and painted - 2 coats acrylic.
* front door and panels (external) filled, sanded, undercoated and finish coated in high gloss oil based enamel.
- Must be insured and hold a current licence (painting).
- Physical Quote required on a Saturday.
- Good quality materials to be approved and specified.
- Work must be good quality and all surfaces must be protected as required.

Wasn\'t really keen on coming out to quote, wanted to provide a rough price. I phoned them an hour after their nominated time to turn up for a quote, they said they had SMS\'d me that they couldn\'t come to quote as they were sick. Checked my phone, no SMS received on my phone by painter. Again wanted to give me a rough price. Told him I\'d leave it there. Not interested in giving work to someone that can\'t quote.
