house internally is approximately 14sq or 150m2. 12 foot ceilings. condition of walls is quite sound without much cracking.
colors are from dulux colors but similar colors can exchanged. wishing a moderately washable paint finish due to children.
1 master br, color french lace
1 living , color passion flower
1 dining , color pale fino
1 hall, color ivory
1 rear bedroom, color pale fino
1 laundry, color ivory
1 bathroom and en-suite not a large area as mostly tiles but moisture resistant paint in bright white (ceiling white)
all ceilings to be completed in ceiling white, architraves and window frames (if already painted) to be done in ivory.
unclear: the wall condition of the landry may need patching in places or "filler and texture" paint, there is a medium sized self in the rear bedroom that needs to be removed (and junked) and the holes patched.
