Hello, We need a painter to paint our two bedroom unit, currently tenanted. The unit was painted about 10 years ago (apricots!) and needs an upgrade to white. There would be very little preparation required as the unit is in good condition overall. Tenants would need 48 hours notice to gain access for quote. Work would be done in around 3 months time when tenants leave. Looking for a friendly tradesperson who does a good job (and is reasonably priced). Thanks
