Paint whole interior of newly purchased townhouse (walls, ceilings, skirting boards, window frames and doors). 3 bedroom townhouse, 1 bathroom + laundry (only 85m2). It will be empty. Some prep work to repair cracks will be required. Work will need to be down between 19/09/13 and 01/10/13 as we need it done after settlement but before we move in. It has been recently painted (mostly), however not to our quality standard / taste.
