customer called to cancel with provider and said would call when she was able to proceed. Provider called her back to see if she still wanted work completed when customer explained that unforseen circumstances meant that they would have to cancel request provider then got quite angry with customer using some choice words. This customer feels that if something had happened halfway through work rather than before work had started that meant the customer was unable to continue, this provider would have been even more angry. The customer feels that this provider is not appropriate to be working with.
