No architrave or skirting painting required. Site visits this week only. Painting must start in the stairwell early next week whilst a void platform is still in place. Fixed quotes only, ASAP. There are patches on the ceiling where blue tack has been previously stuck. We had downlights installed so there are also patches where the previous lights were. Thanks

The masonite ceiling has been repainted multiple times with goodness only knows what and needs to be fully stripped back and repainted. The timber strips between the panels have also been removed... The masonite ceiling has been repainted multiple times with goodness only knows what and needs to be fully stripped back and repainted. The timber strips between the panels have also been removed and need replacing and one 30cm section of board needs to be nailed back to the studs. Otherwise the boards are in fair condition.
