The venue is a wedding & event venue so we will therefore require work to be complete within a set time-frame (5-6 days). This will be extremely important as we cannot have the front half finished prior to an event. You will also; - have minimum 3 years’ experience in Internal & external painting - be a problem-solver – able to work unsupervised & get job complete within a time frame - be a hard worker, reliable & honest - have a current drivers license - Have your own car & your own tools (we have limited tools on-site) An hourly rate or flat fee will be discussed & commensurate on experience. Height is about 5 metres. Width is about 3.5 metres. Weatherboards are in excellent condition.Will need to paint bargeboard around incoming power line. Might need to have replacement timber gable finial installed as part of the job (we will provide finial). Require information for budgetary purposes only at this time as some other work will be being undertaken on the front of the house prior to painting.
