The doors and windows will require some sanding before painting, so that they close properly - There is probably 40m of picture rail - Some of the doors will require a little filling before painting, e.g. where locks have been removed I also need some painting of wall space done. It's probably the equivalent of paining one room that is 4 x 3m, but the wall space is spread across 3 rooms Thanks very much
