Large, faded, canvas awning, 25m2. Needs painting with canvas Dye.

I have a large canvas awning at the front of my shop in Edithvale. Approximately 3 meters off the ground. Its has faded and has mould and lichin growing on it. As this is a rented property I would like to simply clean, scrubb, then paint over with a Dye called "Leatherique". Same blue colour. I will supply the product if needed. Would like someone experienced in painting canvas awnings or Annexes. Job may require tall ladder, scaffold or scissor lift.
