Approx 120sqm of weatherboard needing prep for repainting. I'm assuming the paint contains lead as the house is from the 1930s/1940s and looks like it's only been painted once. It doesn't need to be a super-thorough job as the house will probably be demolished in 5 years. It's just getting a very cheap tart-up so it can rented for a few more years. At the moment the paint's peeling so badly that it's impossible to paint over in its current state - although this probably makes it easier to remove!
The house is single storey although the block is sloping so one side of the house is fairly high off the ground (eave height there would be roughly 4.5m).
