Room comprises of:
- 4 walls (2 walls are currently dark purple, so will need a few under-coats, as the new colour is much lighter)
- skirting boards
- roof
- 2 windows (1 is a corner window)
- 2 sets of doors (1 x sliding doors 1 x double doors)
Last painted approx 5 years ago.
Some cracks needing patchwork, and small amounts of filling required on window frames and walls (nail holes etc.)
Paint will be supplied, based on consultation.
