Painting of the Lift Foyers, Level 1-4 @ 621 Pacific Highway as follows:
1. All walls and ceilings with two coats of paint
2. Fill all cracks and damaged spots and sand smooth before painting
3. Wipe clean all door where possible
4. Awning ceiling outside the lift bobby, 2 coats
5. N.B. All paints used shall be Dulux, and colour shall match the existing as far as possible.
6. Fill all cracks and damaged spots and sand smooth before painting the ceiling outside the main entrance door.
7. Paint ceiling outside main entrance door
8. Paint two fire doors in the basement 2 and level 3 with three coats of paint, and the disabled door on the ground floor with 2 coats only
9. Price would include the removal of all rubbish
