Could you please supply separate quotes to complete the following works:- 1. Internal repaint including repairs/patching plasterboard as required; 2. External repaint of walls only – one coat; 3. Repair/replace missing architraves in lounge and around bedroom door; repaint main bedroom door to conceal old paint leaking through, or replace door if painting doesn’t work; grout tiles in laundry, toilet and bathroom where necessary, re-seal around bath; repairs to vinyl flooring where lifting or missing.
