Paint 13 square home interior plus minor repairs

I need a 13 square home painted throughout to prepare for sale. Includes:
- celings
- walls
- skirtings
- door frames
- window frames
- doors
The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, one main living area, kitchen, hallway, laundry.
Before painting it needs some minor repairs:
- A little bit of plastering work in the main living area, one of the ceiling joints has to be patched and sanded.
- Some of the alcatraves are coming loose and need to be re-glued, some minor patching required (I don't think they need to be replaced but will take advice on sight)
- Approximately 6 cracks on walls have to be filled and sanded.
Please quote for the whole lot. If you're not able to do the handy work then let me know and quote just for the painting.
