  Paint 500 Linear meters of driveway and walkway line painting in NuTech Epic Polycryl Y-14 Yellow.
The floor has been recently ground (not polished) and painted with 2 coats of NuTech Epic Polycryl “Light Grey” with antislip additive
The floor is in a working factory and has been in use since painting.
The floor has some texture from the grinding process; anti slip additive and air bubbles etc. in the original concrete

Work to be carried out on a single Saturday
15 minute site induction will be provided to all personnel working on site

Preparation to paint manufacturer’s specifications and to include at a minimum:
Scrub and dry current floor with water based detergent and degreaser as required where marking is to be applied.
Measure and mark location of required lines from drawing provided.
Mask both edges leaving 75mm wide gap for application of paint
Abrade surface to be painted with 80 grit paper or scotch brite.
All other cleaning and preparation as required to leave a clean dust free surface for painting.

Painting:
NuTech Epic Polycryl Y-14 Yellow paint will be provided
Paint 2 coats by roller to masked area according to the manufacturer’s instruction available from their web site
Required finish is a solid coverage of yellow with clean straight parallel edges
No over coating, spillage or transfer of yellow paint to any other areas of the floor
NOTE: minimum 4 hours and maximum 12 hours allowed between coats
Remove all traces of masking at end of job
Painter to consider if masking needs removing and re-application between coats to ensure it does not become glued to the floor by the paint as it dries

Paint will be provided.
All other equipment; tools and materials to be provided by the painter.
An industrial waste bin will be available on site for disposal of any securely bagged waste
