Paint ceilings in 3 bedroom duplex

Need a painter to prepare and paint ceilings in a 3 bedroom duplex (+ hall, lounge, kitchen, bathroom). Unit built in 50's not sure when last done. Ground floor, rental, some peel back has occured in lounge and will need repair before painting.
I have access from 2nd Sept so can do more accurate quote then if prefer. Must be able to do job in 1st week of Sept.
