We require the services of a painter to paint the entire interior of a 33 year old 18.1 sq home of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas. The home will be vacant at the time of painting and will have no furniture, kitchen benches or floor coverings (to be fitted after painting complete). The ceilings are 2400 mm high, 55 mm cornice, 65 mm timber skirt\\\'s and arch\\\'s, timber windows, flush panel doors to all rooms, and louvre panel timber doors to robes. White paint throughout, semi-gloss to skirt\\\'s, arch\\\'s, doors and windows. We aim to have the job commenced on or about 5/7/2006, and completed by 13/7/2006. Photo\\\'s and house plans available via e-mail. Inspection times will be negotiated with the current occupants.
