We need just the external woodwork painting (and maybe filling prior to painting) with white gloss at a tenented property. it is on the first floor (you will need ladders for 3 windows, unless you can do them from the inside - i don't know how these things work), there are approx 4 windows and 1 door in total. i think you should be able to quote from the outside. if you need to go inside to provide a quote, we will need to give the tenants 24 hrs notice - which is easily arranged.
