Robert requested 3 quotes from Painters in Parkdale
External wooden cottage windows are presently painted in oil-based paint but now I want to have them painted in water based paint.
There are 7 cottage windows of varying sizes and two smaller window frames.
+ Sand and surface prepare all windows
+ Apply one coat of 3 in 1 - primer/sealer/undercoat
+ Apply two coats of water based exterior gloss paint
+ Clean excess paint from all windows.
I will supply the paint.
NB: I already have a quote from 'Hire a Hubby' (John Churchward) so no need to have them involved again.

Was very quick at looking at the work to be done and quote was emailed that day. Price was the best of the three quotes I received.\r\nAlthough the work done was pretty good and done quickly, I could not say I was 100% happy with the final result. I had shown him and offered my tin of paint to use but he bought his own. However somehow instead of a gloss finish he bough a low sheen paint. Don\'t know why he just didn\'t use what I already had then it would have been what I wanted.

Seemed to know what they were talking about however I made an appointment with the wife? for them to come b/w 4 and 4:30 but by 5pm they had not arrived. I rang up and he said the appointment was b/w 6 & 6.30. An annoyance!
