Paint Front Of house - small job

We require someone to complete a small paint job, painting part of the front of our single storey timber weatherboard house. It is the bargeboard, soffits, gable and area of roughcast render/stucco. Height is about 5 metres. Width is about 3.5 metres. Weatherboards are in excellent condition.Will need to paint bargeboard around incoming power line. Might need to have replacement timber gable finial installed as part of the job (we will provide finial). Require information for budgetary purposes only at this time as some other work will be being undertaken on the front of the house prior to painting. I have not provided a valid phone number at this stage as I require these quotes by email as I may not be in the country and available by phone.
