We have a house in Altona North with 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and living area, a hallway and 1 bathroom. The dimensions of the rooms are:
Bedroom 1: 3.9m x 3.6m
Bedroom 2: 3.1m x 3.6m
Bedroom 3: 4.5m x 3.6m
Living area: 5.4m x 3.8m
Kitchen: 2.0m x 3.0m
The house is completely empty, so no moving of furniture is required. We would like the whole house painted and would like the job completed before the end of May.
I would like an indicative quote based on the information provided, as well as information on the expected time required to complete the job. We would also need information on how much paint is required. We have not selected the colours yet, but would likely choose a whitish colour. We are open to either purchasing the paint ourselves or having the tradesperson buy the paint.
After indicative quotes, we will need a proper quote and are available to meet the tradesperson at the house on the weekend. It takes us about 30 minutes to get to the house, so we will need to pre-arrange the time to meet at the house.
