Hi there,
I need the interior of a double-fronted, one storey house painted. Please see attached floor plan. It will be a vacant property during painting. No painting in store/workshop or alfresco outdoor area but all other indoor areas including laundry.
It includes:
all ceilings and all walls including 3 dark feature walls, all skirting boards, 2 double sliding doors, 2 internal doors.
You will provide all paint (low VOC such as Taubmans Pure Performance Interior or equivalent) and equipment.
The job needs to start on 6 July and be complete no later than 22 July.
