I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Lette painting. When Tyson came to quote the job he focused on my requirements with open discussion about how the work could be done with the least disruption to the household. Being able to estimate the time the job would take (which turned out to be spot on) and provide a quote on the spot shows that he knows his business. Calling a couple of days after the quote to hear my thoughts and, once hired, at the end of day one to make sure I was happy with the colours and the progress shows he cares about his customers. Proactively seeking feedback on why I chose him over other business and asking for any suggested improvements to his service is strong evidence of someone who cares about improving his business and service where ever possible. My only regret is that house painting is not like lawnmowing and that I don't have an immediate need to book him in again as repeat business to show my appreciation for a job well done.
