The house is a 3 bedroom single story aluminum clad building in Burwood. Lots of access.
Need the whole house exterior prepared, cleaned with high pressure water and soap and then using only Dulux color primed with '1 step' acrylic primer undercoat followed by two coats of Dulux' Weathershield 'exterior acrylic finish.
Also need the eaves and timber fascia painted. Again prepared and 2 coat paint.
Color to be determined by me.
All windows and doors need to be protected from color splashing.
