Fitout of a new retail store. we require a false wall to be fitted by you or a builder we will hire. the wall will need to be finished. the current walls have had fixtures removed that have damaged the covering of gyb so they will need to be patched before being painted either by you or a painter if you are unable. other general finishing work will need to be done top and bottoms of walls and partitons. we are planning on opening 27th june and require tradies to be on site as of the 20th june. shop floor is 102sqm and photos of current condition of walls can be emailed upon request. store is located within a shopping centre with doors allowing direct access to the street although parking is limited on the street car parking space is availble below the centre.
