Painter required for a day at a rental property. Must be a competent painter to do the work properly. Basically it is a terrace house and the tenants have moved out. The are a couple walls and a room ceiling which need painting ( due to some water stain) and some patching etc. Ideally work needs to be completed by end of Friday. I prefer the person to work tomorrow (Thursday) so that I am around to answer questions, etc. Will pay day rate plus materials, receipt is required for invoice I works needs to be claimed.
