4 (med) bed, 2 bath, study, theatre, scratches in plaster need 'puttying' and interior walls need painting - very basic plan- up to three colours used through out the whole house. Please provide quotes with AND without paint, and perhaps, charges of 'feature' walls. House is not empty - but residents will move furniture out of the way etc. Job to start around August 2011.
